NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR EMPANELMENT OF ADVOCATES FOR THE BLOCK PERIOD 2019-21
Regional Office, Goa, Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), on behalf of the Central Board of Trustees, Employees’ Provident Funds, ( a statutory body under Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India) propose to engage Panel Counsel(s) to represent the Central Board of Trustees, EPF before the various legal for a located in Goa for the block period 2019-21.
The practicing advocates who are registered with Bar Council of India /State Bar Council may apply for empanelment. The qualification, experience^ schedule of fees, other terms and conditions and the application format in which the application has to be made are available at the official site of EPFO i.e. www.epfindia.gov.in and may also be obtained from Regional Office Goa at 24, Patto Plaza, Panaji Goa on any working day.
The Advocates who are on the existing panel of EPFO shall cease to be on the panel of EPFO as on the date, a new panel is finalized against this notice. However, they may also apply afresh in response to this notice.
The interested aspiring eligible practicing advocate having good track record of defending/filing of civil/criminal cases must submit application in the format prescribed in Annexure “A” and Annexure “B” (Please refer EPFO website www.epfindia.gov.in for proforma), along with all supporting documents in a sealed envelope to:-

The last date of receiving Applications in the prescribed format along with supporting documents is 11th October, 2019 till 17.00 hours.
