- Eligibility: Graduates (10+2+3) with min 3 years work exp may apply
- YLP is a General Management Program with Leadership perspectives
- Hybrid learning through 2 Campus Visits (3 days in the beginning and 4 days at the end)
- Live 2 way virtual interactive classroom based sessions every Tuesday 6.30-9.30 pm in your City
- Successful Participants will receive IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni status
