Applications from Academic Faculties of reputed Universities/Collages
The Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD) is an Apex and nodal training institution fully managed and owned by the Government of Bihar and headed by an officer of Chief Secretary rank. The BIPARD is a combination of State level Administrative Training Institute (ATI) and State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD). It was established in 2005 and head quartered at Gaya in Bihar. BIPARD invites applications from Academic faculties of reputed Universities/Colleges/ Training Institutes/Academic Institutes for the following positions :-

| 3 | Consultant Academician (Public Policy) | 1 | At least 10 years of Experience in teaching Public Policy with particular expertise in Economic Policy, Social & Public Administration & Rural Development. |
| 4 | Consultant Academician (Behavioral Sciences) | 1 | At least 10 years of Experience of teaching Organizational Behavior, Decision Making, Leadership and Ethics including OB Lab classes. |
| 5 | Consultant Academician (Cyber Studies) | 1 | At least 05 years of Experience of teaching Cyber Studies covering topics like Cyber revolution, Cyber Crime, Mobile Forensics etc. |

General Terms and Conditions:
- The Applicant faculty should be working with any Government/Private University/ College/Academic Institution/Training Institution which is duly recognized. One Applicant may apply for more than one position.
- The Applicant faculty shall be borrowed from the concerned University by way of Lien arrangement. Under the said arrangement, the Borrowing Institution (i.e the BIPARD) shall borrow the applicant from the Lending Institution (i.e the University/College of the Applicant) on Lien for a mutually agreed period which may be extended with the consent of all three Stakeholders.
- The period of Lien should be normally 3 years which may be extended or curtailed for such period as mutually agreed. The Applicant faculty may revert back to his/her parent University giving 30days’ notice.
- The Applicant faculties should submit their application enclosing their CV along with the NoC from their Institution. The Applicant should also mention the number of years he/she is willing to be deputed with BIPARD.
- The Applicant faculty is expected to develop course modules, reading materials and other audio-visual tools necessary for ensuring effective classroom transaction.
- The Applicant faculty should be willing to take classes in BIPARD campus at Gaya and Patna. He/She should also be willing to travel in the State and outside for the purpose of undertaking Government sponsored studies, Researches, Surveys etc.
- The Applicant faculty is expected to write policy papers, academic papers capable of being published in reputed Journals etc.
Benefits:
- The selected Applicant shall be given a deputation allowance of 30% over and above the
gross monthly salary which he/she is already drawing at the University/College/lnstitute.
- The BIPARD shall provide free accommodation (3 BHK) to the selected Applicant at its Gaya campus.
