Area Sales Manager -Two Wheeler Loans

JOB DESCRIPTION•
o Provide leadership to the Sales Team of the Area
o Achieve given sales target; Design & implementing a strategic sales plan
o Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of outsourced sales team.
o Create excellent relationship with Dealers/ dealer branches/ ASC point
o Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT
o Minimize customer complaints; Ensuring the EMI payments in all FEMI cases.
o Field level coordination with the collections team in building a healthy portfolio
o Qualification : Minimum Graduation
o Experience : 8-15 Years’ experience in Two Wheeler Loans

JOB DESCRIPTION•
o Management of digital payment products, promotions.
o Define requirements and monitoring projects.
o Development and Management of new and existing digital payment products: PPI, UPI, AEPS, QR, FASTag, NCMC, eNACH, MicroATM etc.
o Manage all new product initiatives and lead business requirements on enhancing the existing products.
o Hands on experience & in depth knowledge about new age payment systems like UPI, Bharat QR, AEPS, BHIM QR, Aadhaar Pay, FASTag, eNACH, MicroATM etc.
o Well versed with VISA/MasterCard/Rupay, NPCI & RBI regulations and jargons. Capable of bringing new Business Alliances & to manage the existing relationships.
o Qualification : Minimum Graduation
o Experience : 3-5 Years in digital payment products
