Training
Selected faculty have to undergo training at Delhi or Chennai or Hyderabad after joining. However, training can happen at any FIITJEE Centre location, but until the prevailing conditions normalise, the training process will be conducted Online. During / After completion of training, the candidates may be chosen to be placed in the respective categories, based on their communication, personality outlook, personality traits, IQ and performance in various parameters of training. FIITJEE is the only institute that gives structured and complete training to the faculty members. The aim of the training is to ensure that each and every faculty member is absolutely thorough in his / her subject and proficient in all such activities which assist in imparting sound training to young aspirants preparing for various entrance examinations. Training will also aim to instill FIITJEE’s culture, traditions, systems, values, ethics, mission and vision in the faculty members besides awareness of individual roles and responsibilities towards the organisation and related personal growth.
