Advertisement for the Award of Research Fellowship
The Ministry of Defence, Government of India, invites applications for the award of two Research Fellowships for research in Indian Military History. The value of the Fellowship is Rs. 31,000/- per month with an annual grant of Rs. 10,000/- for approved contingent expenditure. The Fellowship is tenable for a period of two years.
Candidates should be below 30 years of age with a first or high second class MA/M.Sc. degree in History/Defence Studies/ Military Science from a recognised Indian University and should also have registered himself/herself for M.Phil or Ph.D with a recognised University.
