As our clients navigate dynamic and disruptive markets, these solutions are designed to help them drive product and service innovation, improve financial performance, accelerate speed to market, and operate their platforms to innovate continuously.
OUR OFFERINGS
CBO practitioners work on design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives. These solutions range from large scale ground-up custom developed applications, to cloud based development and integration services as well as customizing industry sector focused packages.
- Application Modernization & Innovation: Application Modernization and Innovation (AMI) delivers end-to-end technology and application solutions to enable and improve our clients core business operations. We do this in a truly modern way leveraging the best of innovative technology, people, and delivery approaches to help you dream, explore, and build your future
- Core Industry Solutions: Core Industry Solutions (CIS) is focused on dramatic and sustainable operational improvement using industry specific solutions and technologies. CIS encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core of our clients business. CIS incorporates expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy.
- Cloud Engineering: Cloud Engineering Offering focuses on enabling our clients end-to-end journeys from on-premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of Cloud Strategy and Transformation, Architecture, Cloud Native and Application Development, APIs and Integration, Platforms and Infrastructure solutions, and Cloud & Infrastructure Managed Services. Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve their agility and resilience, accelerating clients toward a technology-driven future, leveraging our partner eco-system as well as Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.
- Operations Transformation: Operations Transformation applies deep sector knowledge and operational consulting technical acumen focused on heart-of-the-business operations, helping our client prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda, optimize costs, and maximize operational efficiency. Our market offerings include Operating Model Transformation and Center for Process Bionics
- Core Technology Operations: Core Technology Operations offers differentiated operate services for our clients. These include foundry and managed services that provide flexible, recurring resource capacity for client projects and ongoing maintenance, monitoring and optimization for IT/Engineering applications
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals in business and technology who are currently on a break from employment and are willing to return to work.
Hiring for roles: Analyst / Consultant/Senior Consultant
Initial 4 months will be as a Fixed Term Hire (probation) where Deloitte would invest in your training requirements. At the end of 4 months, Deloitte would look to confirm practitioners into full time roles on the basis of your performance and interest
Educational Qualifications:
Full-time graduation (B.E./ B.Tech / B.Stat/ B.C.A / B.Sc.) and / or Masters (M.C.A. / M.Sc. / MBA /M.Tech / MS)
Skills and Experience:
- 1 to 10 years of professional experience
- Currently on a career break of at least 6 months
- Consulting / IT and Business Process Services / Product Development / Corporate and business function experience
- Experience/ certification and training(s)/ interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Application Development
- SDLC / Agile Delivery
- Platform or Application Modernization and Implementation
- Quality Engineering
- Cloud Strategy, Architecture and /or Development (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Application Managed Services
- Cloud Managed Services
- Cloud Infrastructure
- Core System / Digital Solutions (in Banking / Healthcare / Insurance)
- Business and Functional Strategy
- Business and Technical Process Analysis and Reengineering
- Program Management
- Product Management
- Ability to quickly learn and deliver on new emerging technologies and areas not previously worked on
- Clear and concise communication: strong written and verbal communication skills participate in team and client meetings, workshops/trainings and present recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to pursue collective team goal
WORK YOU WILL DO
Depending on your work experience, interest and fitment you may be involved in one or more of these areas:
- Perform strategic and operating model analysis for clients to solve for existing problems or prepare for the upcoming business and technology trends in the market
- Technical architecture and application design to drive large-scale transformation and innovations for our clients
- Application development, maintenance and quality engineering as a part of solution implementation
- Interact with clients, Deloitte cross-functional teams and SMEs to develop roadmaps and solutions
- Contribute to project management activities including preparing project status updates, developing and monitoring business metrics and KPIs across work threads as required
